Be a sell-out.

"People curse the man who hoards grain,
but blessing crowns him who is willing to sell."
-- Proverbs 11:26

We ALL have something that other people need or could benefit from. It could be a literal product, like the soap or candles my sister used to make (which were outstanding, by the way). Or, it could be something intangible, but no less necessary: like Love or Encouragement.

Have you ever hoarded love or respect from your spouse to show them your still mad or they're not forgiven yet? Have you ever hoarded time from a child or friend because of your own agenda?

What do you have that other people need or could benefit from? The Bible says we should be willing to sell it -- even give it away. It can feel like our security or our future will crumble away if we sell or give away our resources-- whether they be time, money, or even love or wisdom--and yet we have a PROMISE from God that we will be crowned with blessing if we do so.

Proverbs 3:27 says, "Do not withhold good from those who deserve it, when it is in your power to act."

So what do you have that other people need or could benefit from? Are you a hoarder or a seller? Be a sell-out!
